There are a number of stages to debt recovery, including issuing letters before action, followed by formal legal proceedings. We offer a fixed fee service for undisputed debts, and are also able to act on your behalf in other business debt recovery cases.

It is important to be realistic in these cases, and we ensure that the practicalities and prospects of recovery in each case are thoroughly discussed with each client before proceedings are issued.
